My passion is to help people work through challenging situations to create positive, hopeful, happy lives.

I am a psychologist and relationship counsellor. Before setting up my own private practice I worked for 16 years as a counsellor in S.E. Queensland with schools, TAFE and Relationships Australia. I also provided a loss and grief program for children with Centacare. I then worked as an intern psychologist with Better Futures Psychology Services.

I integrate my counselling skills and my experience in understanding and helping people with psychological knowledge and evidence based treatments to assist you to make the positive changes you would like to create in your life.

I help:

Couples helping them to manage the inevitable problems which come from being part of an intimate caring relationship, to focus on their goals of happiness, growth and caring for each other and to learn new skills to meet life’s challenges.

Adults to improve wellbeing and address mental health issues.

Young people to address mental health challenges and make confident and purposeful transitions to adulthood.

I have a commitment to lifelong learning and am constantly studying and undertaking professional development to improve my skills and knowledge.
